Very informative as always.
I have a few questions.
1. I have a dual citizenship with Italy. Can i utilize this for the purposes of going PRIVATE. Any initial tips. Would that effect Private trusts & foundation set-ups. What considerations should I make.
2. What risks, if any, are there for going PRIVATE. Can this be taken too far. EG) Is there any risk of removing general Australian protections that we take for granted. Medical, International travel, ppty ownership (trusts) etc..
3. In this PRIVATE process, are we effectively renouncing our citizenship? If so, what are the implications?
