Hi, I have attempted your method on discharging my credit card debt with St.George. I followed all steps given and sent a money order to the value of 10% of the balance. I have no response and not received my money back and my balance is not zero or has the amount of the money order come off. What is my next step please

Send your second letter. You hopefully would have instructed them that if the cheque was retained for 72 hours or not returned that the offer had been accepted. Is it now longer than 72 hours? I would think so. Thank them for accepting the offer and ask them for the balance of zero to your account.
Do you have a letter template for this? I have module 10 and I do not see te second letter template in there. Thanks
unfortunately these documents are for Australia but i live in Austria at the moment. How can i adapt these documents for my purpose in Europe ?
