Webinar: Non Registered Trusts As a Means Of Asset Protection (A Review Update)
Some members have recently asked whether the Trust information within the current webinar and support Module are dated or up to speed.
This webinar addresses the question, as an adjunct to the existing Trust webinar.
Some changes to Trust operation have been legislated in recent years and we will disclose those details at the upcoming zoom webinar on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at 7pm.
Note: This does not make the previously created Trusts webinar / module obsolete. That existing webinar / module is a great adjunct to this updated Trust webinar / module.
For the new member, it is recommended the first Trust webinar is viewed prior to this Trust Review webinar on 20 July 2022.
At 8.15pm our usual Q & A will proceed, so if you have any questions regarding any commercial, financial or legal issue, I’ll endeavour to answer them, or as many as time permits.
See you there
Kindest Regards

Good afternoon, what is the process for registering apartment/property into non registered private trust? Do I need a solicitor, notary etc.?
The property isn’t actually registered in the Trust. The Trust is simply the holder of the Title. That is done by completing transfer docs with your Title’s office. Is likely a conveyancer should be engaged. It is appropriate the Trust ought be established beforehand of course if intent is to conduct a transfer of Title to Trust. Cheers
Do I need a bank account for the Trust, as I am finding it difficult to open one using the Trust? Can I go without a bank account?
Hi truth1. It is advisable to open a Trust account as it brings the Trust “live”. In Australia all Banks accept our Trusts. NZ, many accept them. The UK only a few now accept them though years ago they all did. If you contact help desk with where you are located maybe we can assist you. Cheers Mark
