Remember even if they send you a ticket it is an offer to contract and how you reply to that determines whether you have to pay what they are offering you.

MemberNovember 1, 2022 at 5:49 pm in reply to: Parking fine in business vehicleDon’t worry they have no contract with you. You could do the first thing on this list if you want to and if they send further correspondence, don’t open the envelope and just repeat the process on the outside of the envelope. Make sure you photograph everything for evidence before you send it back. You could include a certificate of mailing as well if you wanted to with the first reply. Just keep all of your evidence in a folder. They may send it up to three or four times and they are all just offers.

This would be a good subject to suggest to the team for a topic for a webinar. Go to the Contact Tab to make the suggestion if you would like to.

She is correct however there are still remedies if we take the time to learn and apply them. We have to remember that the only way we can bring common law into a commercial court is by way of case law that has been agreed to in a higher court. Attached are some examples of case law on tax. As far as them making claims, they then (according to proper legal process) have the burden of proof to explain and provide evidence that their claims are valid. Another thing is legislation is only applicable if consent has been received from whomever they are trying to apply it to. We can make it clear in our documents that we don’t consent by way of conditional acceptance. The process of conditional acceptance keeps us in honour and requires them to answer certain questions before they can proceed. It’s all covered in this webinar about the three step process http://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-private-prosecution-as-a-strategy-to-achieve-your-remedy/ and webinars about court (there are many on this topic you just choose the one that is applicable to your situation and competency level).

MemberOctober 31, 2022 at 8:10 am in reply to: Breach of contract/non-paymentYou probably need to compile evidence so you can take it to a lawyer. Find a lawyer who won’t charge you unless you have a win. If they won’t act honourably in the private it may have to be settled in the public. Another option is to take it to small claims court that deals with matters up to a certain dollar amount and has an adjudicator who determines from the evidence presented if the person making the claim has a valid claim and the adjudicator determines whether you get the dollar amount you are claiming. Sometimes, just the other side knowing you are making a claim can bring it to a resolution.

With insurance just shop around and make sure you are getting the best deal. Sometimes companies will give you a better deal just to get you to switch. Make sure you read all of the fine print so you don’t get locked into something that will hurt you more than help you. Watch the webinar http://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-accept-a-public-offer-to-contract-eg-statement-of-account-on-your-terms/

Make sure you write an affidavit with evidence as exhibits, you can put the copyright on your documents and sending them by mail to yourself is an excellent way to do it and make sure you don’t open the envelopes unless you are in court in front of witnesses. Use a certificate of mailing so you have a second witness and keep a photocopy of it in your possession so you have proof of what is in the envelope. Here’s a Q and A with a service we used to pay for a copyright process.

MemberOctober 28, 2022 at 7:06 pm in reply to: Higher death rates worldwide!!!These are comments from under this youtubevideo “I work for a large US airline , mostly all jabbed due to mandates . We are averaging about 8 deaths a month at this point . That’s what we would normally have in a year . Our obit page on the company website is one of real sadness , so many people I’ve known a long time are gone now .”…”Here in Alberta, Canada unknown cause of death is now the number one cause of death. I am screaming inside trying not to lash out at people denying everything that’s going on.”…”I’m from Spain, here excess mortality is absolutely insane, almost 37% but as you said people don’t want to remember, they don’t want to think about what happened, a lot of people are still in complete denial coming up with explanations for those deaths that make no sense at all… anything but admitting that maybe we were right after all. Maybe trying to forget is their brain’s defense system to avoid going crazy if they understood what they did to themselves, but doing so they’re indeed destined to repeat the same patterns.”…”Hey I’m from The Netherlands and was a nursing student. In my elderly home where I did my training 40% of the elderly died after their first shot. That was insane because I just went on pregnancy leave and when I wanted to go back so many of my patients died. Some were very good health wise and not so much mentally but could do things alone. The people you didn’t expect like string hard elderly passed away… just insane.”…”getting the Jibbly Jobbly is one of my greatest regrets. it’s been over a year but I’m only beginning to notice changes in myself – I feel like I’m constantly in a fog, can’t think, plan, or problem solve like I used to, and I no longer feel a drive or any ‘aggression’ when I am in the gym.”…”’m in the US. My family does whatever the Good Morning America TV show tells them to do. They are all triple jabbed although I warned them that something wasn’t right. Now 8 months later, my mom has colon cancer and a cantaloupe size tumor that she says is a coincidence. My niece’s gall bladder went rotten. My menopause sister got her cycle. Many friends & family dying of “unrelated” issues.”

This site imo is a PMA because it has membership only by paying a fee. This makes it an organisation that is outside of the jurisdiction of the corporations.

MemberNovember 2, 2022 at 7:38 am in reply to: Good books on common lawI am in the process of going through the course and it is very worthwhile purchasing it. Everything is about contracts so I’ll put some resources here. Watch any webinars that you resonate with. I watched the webinars on how to deal with police/authority figures when I first joined and that helped me immensely. I have watched many since and they are all packed full of useful information. The shop has resources you can purchase once you start carrying out some of these processes for yourself.

Absolutely, that’s what we are taught in school to be honest and loving and honourable unfortunately the system is not that way, but fortunately individuals within it are and we can sometimes be in a situation where we get help from an honourable person within the dishonourable system. It is so heartwarming when that happens.
-
Hi Ant, if we remain in honour and they don’t then we have a much stronger case than them. We ask them questions that will prove they are acting incorrectly or will attain an agreement wit them that they have no jurisdiction and therefore have to back off or dismiss the case etc. We have to work 10 times harder to get a positive result in court because it is rigged against us. The good news is we can learn the rules of the game and learn how to be competent players. We can play on the public playing field or we can remain in the private and play from there. The situation always dictates which strategy is best.

MemberOctober 31, 2022 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Part payment of tax withheldIt is all moves on a board, if you are prepared to lose the money they have sent then give it a go. I suppose you could thank them for their payment and remind them there should be another payment pending based on your latest correspondence with them. You could also try ringing them and record the conversation, just make sure you are the one asking the questions and answer a question with a question because they may try to get you to incriminate yourself if you sign them. Let them know you are recording eg “I’m recording this for training purposes”

You need receipts for everything so that if you are audited you have proof. You need to keep these for 7 years.

You can look up tax department documents in your State or ring them to ask what are considered legitimate expenses. In NZ it can be (not limited to) petrol if you have to travel to a client, any conferences you attend that are work related, travel costs, hotel bills and food bills associated with that are included, work related meals and drinks such as takeaways and coffee (with certain stipulations), depreciation on work vehicles, meals that you have purchased at meetings for clients, end of year party expenses for your workers, any renovations in your workspace, stationery any equipment purchased for the first time for your business. powerbill for your workspace internet bill for your workspace etc Any purchase that costs under $500 can be claimed fully anything over has to have depreciation claimed on it.

We also have to realise that one of the maxims of equity is ‘equity will not aid a volunteer’ and it is talking about these contracts we willingly sign on to. If we claim we signed under duress we would have to have evidence for that and most of the time we just acquiesce to their position without questioning them at all, therefore how can we claim duress? If we can’t claim duress then it will be seen as us voluntarily performing.

When these companies say take it or leave it, we have to learn how to leave it and find another platform or start to create platforms of our own as Mark has done here. That is the power we have, they have no power over us that we don’t hand over to them, under duress or not. We need to start working out ways of coming together to pool our resources as people like Dean Clifford in Canada has done. He has some great videos out there under the name of Wolverdean. Here’s a link. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=wolverdean

That’s wonderful that you are having successes with the three step notice process. You are the beneficiary of the estate unless you claim the name/entity on your Birth Certificate when asked by authorities who you are and then you become the debtor/trustee. However when operating in commerce you need an entity to trade with. Using the All rights reserved signature ensures that you are only agreeing to the paperwork in front of you not any terms and conditions they may try to hitch on to the contract (and also you are retaining your inherent rights) Contracts cannot be changed unilaterally (by one party) once the conditions have been agreed to. If you get a hard copy of the contract you can cross out any terms and conditions that are detrimental to you. Look at the webinar http://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-accept-a-public-offer-to-contract-eg-statement-of-account-on-your-terms/

Take a photo of the envelope and film yourself posting it with a date stamp and time on the video and have a witness with you so you have evidence it was posted within three days. You could say “My humblest apologies…” and then the reason you accidentally opened it. This will reset the default.
