I was corresponding via email about the our Trust and he sounded ok. I got one later saying sorry he was having technical problems, but try the link. I got sidetracked and then saw later that night people asking about it. I don’t think it happened?

Update.

So after 3 attempts to get on the phone to SA Fines (I can’t wait longer than an hour, as I have a life to enjoy), I got through today and then you see what a CON it all is. The first lady tries to get you to be the name and you know she is not going to get it what we know. So I ask to speak to someone who can. She says she will transfer, but hangs up accidentally apparently. Rings back and tries to call me by my name after I had already told her to that wasn’t my name. Sneaky, transfers me to another department where I get another guy, who can only give me his first name and pretty much tries the same thing.He also says he is just a worker for service corporation. After getting through all that he can cope with , says he will transfer me to legal services.

Legal Services, should not be their title. Same thing, but this PERSON wont even give a first name and tells me a Fine sent out is not an offer to contract. Was I nervous, yeah, as I didn’t want to stuff up and incriminate myself.. First timer, So any feedback will be taken onboard.

I went to the bank yesterday to see if I could do something there. Same crap, no control, no accountability, No court order to refer to and basically told to sort it out with SA Fines or close the account. Ok, time to move. Trust is on its way, set up with another bank and then looking at how to get rid of the loan with them. I’m in training mode for the BIG GAME.

Here is a thought to add. Since they like to Act, maybe when you go in and recording them, Act like it’s live and everyone on your channel can see how they are conducting themselves. Under Who’s authority does he have over you, to withhold your property, your much loved furry family member? Where is the contract, that says you are his property? Contract Law needs consent of both parties and you can set your terms and conditions. $2,000,000 if any harm comes to your love one. Maybe $50,000 upfront to start contract, $10,000 a minute, for every minute you are in contract, $5,000 a page for all support documents and all liabilities waived. Even set trauma payments for other family members. Ask if he has Indemnity Insurance, his provider, Policy Number, phone number and his address. I am doing the same Brother. Trying to let go of bad programmed habits. I still find it hard watching the mask wearing, not only for the health implications, but for the satanic messaging and distancing it conveys. Learning not argue and ask questions is becoming a new habit. You still get the ones that feel they need to dominate. Simple questions they can’t answer, normally puts them on the back foot. I haven’t been summons to court and I will do my best to avoid it for now. If I ever go, I will be making sure the Prosecutor is the Trustee and that they are trying to administer my Trust without my consent. I got somewhere yesterday with SA Fines. The debt is paid (theft from my account). I recorded the conversation, but icloud is having problems sending it to me from my son’s phone. The lady helping has told me I need to fill out a Dispute form…..Hmmm. Dispute, isn’t that getting into an argument, which will lead to court? It will cost me $27 to make a claim. I said I don’t know why I have to pay for a claim when I haven’t done anything wrong and none of my questions have been answered. I have 28 days to do this, I don’t think so. I have the Rego to pay on my Automobile….my Little Mule that gets me from A to B, but there is a box at the bottom with instructions saying it has to be done direct with Services SA and not at the Post office. Can i register it? Maybe not.

I caught half of QandA last night and Mark made the comment about Affidavits and that they can be sent out at anytime.. When I first started I was wet behind the ears and had already sent a letter of non consent and asking who have I trespassed against, who has contract saying (i) property, but I didn’t know how to do an affidavit. I sent 2 more notices, once joining SE, with conditional acceptance, default judgement and was asking for names of all parties. I said I was happy to meet in private and settle face to face. No response and then off to SA Fines, to which I never engaged with their letters (spiel). Now my thoughts are to get hold of the name of the Expiation Manager or someone who has authority, send an affidavit to them stating all the facts I have and also with an invoice for my time. I am not getting paid for this and they have not been Honourable. Actually there is no integrity at all in this process. SA Fines is not even with the police, so how can they take funds out of my account, when I haven’t even been tried for the Alleged Offence. Pre-Crime Minority Report is making more sense to me. I am not a Minor anymore, I was a late bloomer, but I’m finally feeling like I have reach the Age of Majority. I have no Qualms standing on my own two feet and taking care of my own affairs.

Q: How can a Magistrate be classed as competent, when that requires someone knowing how to tell the difference between right and wrong? The system is based on deception and fraud, so it is not built on any Integrity what so ever. Integrity is what makes us all accountable for our actions, even theirs and mine. I will be the first to say I am sorry for anything I do, especially if it causes harm or puts someone out. This is what is missing in the world and it’s what we need to be teaching not just the young, but also to the old who have lost their way. Manners and the ability to say sorry is what society should be focusing on and maybe that might be a starting point to getting back some kind of respect for one another and ourselves.

I love the journey I am on and I am realising the things I need to let go of and the things I need to bring into my life. We have all been conditioned and it is hard to get rid of bad habits. I pull myself up all the time now as it’s easy to get pulled back into the arguments. I might not beat this internal battle, but I will make sure I can control it best I can.

Knowing there are people like you, the SE crew and other likeminded people/groups, is what will make the difference. We can shape this for the better. If they can use minority groups to change public opinion, then we can do it as well. Knowing who we are, speaking with good intentions, is the key to keeping our Position strong and showing others that are open, there is a better way.

Nothing beats hands on experiences. This is what we need more of in life. We have become so dependant on the internet to show us How to’s, but they don’t always tell the full story or the exact process. I will check these out. I remember having a book (one of my past flatmates took it, i think) called Suppressed Inventions and Other great discoveries. There was a NZ guy back in the 70’s that invented a car that ran on water. From memory, one of the Big Car mob’s bought it on behalf of the Oil Barrens and shelved it. There is something in the water with New Zealand and it’s full of good energy.

With all the drips of information about Free Clean Energy, I hope people start piecing together the hidden secrets. I take snap shots of the old diagrams. One, they are interesting and two, I hope I see a connection one day.

Yes I have Morag, Thank you for your guidance. Hopefully with more practice, the nerves will calm down. Confidence is about putting it into practice. I also had a mate helping me out filming and I don’t think he was the best to have by my side. He gets it, but it’s not his thing. By the time we got to her, I think he was just wanting go home and do his own thing. He did laugh at all ,as he saw it and did make comments about what a game they play. It has been such a beautiful day here in Adelaide. 27 degrees and just too good of a day to do this. 3. Are you a Wo/Man of honour and integrity? You call a spade a spade, are you a fair and just Wo/Man and able to put yourself in other peoples shoes? I just need to know who I am dealing with here. Reverse it, if someone wasn’t upfront enough to answer your questions about a an allegation or provide evidence that actually relates to the situation, then passed it off to another department, who I did not enter anything with, and they just stole from you. You would be a little mad about would you not?

Before we go any further. Can I get your Indemnity Insurance provider and client number please?

4. Do you have a contract that says ‘we’ are your property? Does any other Agents that work for your Service Corporation, have a contract that says ‘we’ are your property? Is there anyone that you know, that has a contract that says we are their property and they have a right over us, especially to Administer our Trust without my Consent? Even a Magistrate, Barrister, Lawyer or Prosecutor, do you think they have a contract that says ‘we’ are their property?

5. Are you under oath and are you an Officer of the Law?

6. So are you an Officer of the Legal? Because you can’t be both and if you are an Officer of the Legal, Don’t you have to Police with consent? Do you have it in writing that I gave consent? By the way, as a Man I don’t consent to legal fiction, because Legal doesn’t apply to Man. Especially a machine making judgement over me. Do you understand what I am saying?

7. In Contract law you need consent of both parties and it must be equitable, does it not? Are you getting paid to do this? Because I AM NOT and that’s not very equitable is it?

8. Is it against the law to steal someone’s equity from their Bank account without their knowledge or consent? Isn’t that theft and does it apply to you, or are you above the Law? Please take note, I do NOT give you consent to access or garnish my bank account, ever. Are we clear?

9. To the best of my knowledge, this whole thing relies on Consent. You need me to give it, in order for you to contract with me. Am I wrong in saying that and if not, do you have any evidence to say otherwise? Can you please show me any evidence that I have consented to the matter at hand?

10.I have ask for evidence, multiple times, so again can you provide me with any evidence to your allegation? Do you have firsthand knowledge that I wasn’t travelling in my Private capacity and not using a License for commercial purposes? Is that against the law and if so, can you show me the evidence please?

So I am letting you know, I will be filing a formal complaint to your governing body and Ombudsmen. On what has transpired here. I am also going to give you 72 hours to return the money you stole from my Private Bank Account, plus 4 times the amount as written in accordance to the bible. A hand written apology and a letter to state that this matter is null and void, and that I won’t be harassed by anyone in regards to this matter. Registered mail only. I don’t wish anything bad towards you and only wish to be left in peace.

If you choose to continue trying to administering my Trust without my consent, then as the Executor and Sole Beneficiary to the Trust, I will will be filing a court order to summons you to court. Where I will present all my evidence in Affidavit to the Court and Magistrate. Do you think the Magistrate wants to be Liable as the Trustee? I hope you have read my terms, conditions and my Fee schedule that was attached to my Notices.

Good morning Morag, I have a little on this morning and then I am devoting the rest of this glorious day to working out my approach. I definitely want the path of least resistance. My thoughts are to contact SA Fines and go to the Person who the buck stops with. Once I get their name, title, insurance provider, I will let them know, I will be making a formal complaint to Authorities that govern their behaviour (Code of Conduct). I will also thinking of letting them know as the Executor and Sole Beneficiary to the Name in Trust, that they are now the Trustee and wear all liabilities, and that it is illegal for them to take out money from the Bank account held under that Trust name. Does that sound correct? I am still learning the ropes and any guidance by the SE Crew will be very beneficial in my chosen path.

I don’t concentrate on Anonymous, as much as the info given. Piece together with what I feel and connect with other info. There is definitely more to us than what we are told. All the fake virus Ebola, Swing-flu, Aids, and so on, are just names given to Toxicity to the body to deflect the true cause. Firstly Esther, you are Woman before any Name and Title and You are allowed to be referred to your Christian Name or any name you allow someone to refer to you by. You don’t need to give him a Surname. You can refer to it as your family name. Secondly, It doesn’t sound like he is the main Authority, the final decision maker. I would ring, record and ask to speak who has control over this situation. Let them know you are recording it for Lawful purposes and you be suing them personally for has transpired. Get them to acknowledge you as a woman and let them know that if any harm happens to your loved one, it will cost them $200000. Make them work for you and give them the option to return her ASAP to you or you will be coming in with your documentation, terms, conditions and an invoice for the time she has been away from you. Ask them do they have a contract that says you are their property? Ask them do they think any Magistrate or Lawyer has a contract with you, that says you are their property? Get their Indemnity insurance or ask do you you own your own house? Rattle them, the same way they do us. They use our property or money against us, then we do the same. It’s not a good feeling is it. Get a list together and someone alongside for support if needed, even when you go in, go with numbers and only deal with the one who wants to contract with you. Anyone else wants to get involve is a seperate contract. You are above them in the Hierarchy of Authority and they don’t even understand it. Try to take some of the emotion out of it and go with purpose and confidence in who you are.

This popped up yesterday from another post regarding councils and the Our True Australia site,

For 30 years NOT 1 member of parliament has sworn a lawful Oath/Affirmation of Office therefore NOT one Bill, Act or Treaty is Lawful including Local Council Rates, fines or Fees.

So the Act he is referring to has no merit. Ask for evidence and how it applies to you. They make it personal, when you are a woman, so you make it personal on them for their actions.

How much are you willing to fight for, is the question you need to ask yourself or do you want to just pay, move on and set yourself up better for next time. Only you can answer these questions.

Thanks for this Morag. I agree, he should have held himself better and been above it. It must be a bit nerve racking and hard not to fall back into verbals, especially when the PERSON in so called Power, is not responding and can’t handle an everyday Man having the better of him.
